MY STORY
Hi I'm Lauren Johnson Reynolds, the London Wellness Coach.
Having worked as a touring singer for many years I found myself feeling exhausted, overweight and suffering with anxiety, eczema, what seemed like constant hay fever, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and a lowered immune system. I had no sleep pattern to speak of, was addicted to caffeine and sugar and during particularly tough travel schedules, my periods even stopped. My poor body didn't know whether it was coming or going and I knew something had to change.
MY SYMPTOMS
I stopped taking the contraceptive pill, after 10 years, to get to know my body in a way I never had but wasn't prepared for the onslaught of symptoms that followed. I developed acne on my chest, back and shoulders, extremely irregular periods, my mood swings were effecting my relationships and my confidence soon plummeted. I suspected that I was suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) but my GP suggested I go back on The Pill which I knew would only mask the problem. That's when I turned to Homeopathy, relying solely on natural remedies to turn my life around. It took some time and further nutritional knowledge on my part but I was soon acne, eczema and therefore, steroid free, having regular periods and my mind was MUCH more balanced.
INSPIRATION
I was so impressed and inspired that I began studying an integrated Homeopathy and Nutritional therapy course taught by my own homeopath so that I could help others the way he had helped me!
Through my new invaluable knowledge and love of all things wellness, I have greatly improved my gut health and hormone balance and have continued to be eczema and seasonal allergy free. I am energised, confident, happy and able to maintain a healthy weight without the obsessive calorie counting I was used to.
This journey for me has truly been life changing and it's hard to believe that 5 years after this story began, I am now able to share my knowledge, passion and Holistic Approach to Wellness with YOU!
MY PHILOSOPHY
I strongly believe that physical wellness can only be achieved through creating harmony between the mind, body and soul. Disease or Dis-Ease is the body’s way of communicating an internal imbalance and should therefore not be masked by pharmaceuticals but treated from the inside out. Have you ever noticed symptoms of poor gut health at times of stress or anxiety? Or heard that through healing your IBS naturally, you could improve your symptoms of depression. This is the mind-body connection at work! Where conventional medicine views symptoms are something to be suppressed, I view them as messengers and a call to action to get to the root of the issue and restore wellness.

As a health coach, I believe in educating my clients so that they are better able to understand the needs of the body and mind and how to consistently and simply meet those needs. I empower them to implement what they learn with me to enable them to live a happier, healthier life.
